There are many reasons dogs wind up in rescue and most often it’s through no fault of their own. Being a dog in rescue doesn’t mean they’re bad dogs or dogs with behavioral issues. Their previous owners may have come into hard times, lost their homes or for other reasons such as health issues become unable to properly care for their faithful companion and all they want is for their furbaby to find a new home that will love them as much as they did.

These dogs have been rescued or surrendered and are waiting for their furever homes. They’re available for adoption through the Central Wisconsin German Shepherd Rescue located in Bowler, WI. If you have room in your heart and home please seriously consider adopting over shopping.
